Terms of Service

“Meridian Consensus,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the service operated at www.meridianconsensus.com. These terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and commissioning client of the service, and to every deliverable we produce, preview pages, commissioned reports, dashboards, exports, and retained advisory memos.

We produce market-research reports through a proprietary five-stage research process culminating in committee sign-off. Preview pages are free; full reports are paid. Reports include charts, segmentation, regional breakdowns, company profiles, and forecasts.

• Authentication is handled by Clerk. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing a paid account across a team requires a multi-seat plan, contact us.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud.

One-time report commissions

• Single report, $799, one-time.
• Industry pack, $1,999 for 5 reports within one industry.
• Industry pack 10, $2,999 for 10 reports within one industry (best per-report price).
• Industry unlimited, $8,999 for unlimited reports within one industry. Five years of free updates and Senior Analyst Support included as standard.

Senior Analyst Support — monthly subscriptions

• Tracker, $89/month. Quarterly refresh of one report, watchlist alerts, 1 analyst question / month with 4-hour SLA.
• Strategist, $149/month. Monthly refresh of up to three reports, 5 analyst questions / month, custom data pull, 3 team seats.
• Insider, $199/month. Monthly+ refresh of all owned reports, unlimited analyst questions (soft cap 1/day), 1 commission credit/quarter, quarterly executive synthesis, 5 team seats, white-label PDF, API access, early access to new categories.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• 14-day prorated refund applies to the initial subscription only — see the Refund Policy for details.

Payment + currencies

• One-time commissions are billed in USD via PayPal.
• Subscriptions are billed via PayPal (USD) or Razorpay (USD / INR / EUR / GBP — currency selected at checkout).
• Prices exclude taxes, which may apply based on your billing address.
• We do not store card numbers; payment credentials live with the chosen provider.
• We may change pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases and in-force subscriptions honor the price you paid at signup.

When you purchase a report, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the report for your own internal business, research, or strategic planning.
• Quote short excerpts (under 300 words) in presentations, memos, or filings, with attribution to Meridian Consensus.
• Share the full PDF with direct employees of the same legal entity that purchased it.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the full report.
• Use the report to train a machine learning model.
• Remove Meridian Consensus attribution or source citations from exported PDFs, PPTX, or CSV files.
• Share reports across legal entities (including parent / subsidiary) without a multi-seat agreement.

The platform, research pipeline, preview pages, methodology, validation ensemble, code, and brand belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content beyond what is needed for normal human reading.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology, system prompts, or source logic.
• Use the service to build a competing market-research product.
• Submit prompts or feedback that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass rate limits, auth, or security controls.

Reports are produced through our proprietary research process and signed off by committee. Source citations are disclosed on every figure so each claim can be independently assessed. Reports are not investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. Market forecasts are inherently uncertain. Do your own diligence before making material decisions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We follow a preview-first policy. Every market preview, the methodology, and a complete specimen report are free to read end-to-end before you commission. Commissioned reports are final on delivery. Pre-delivery cancellation is automatic and full. Quality exceptions (factual errors, missed scope) are reviewed by the analyst team on a case-by-case basis. You can delete your account any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud. Termination does not affect commissioned reports already delivered, and the license to reports you have already purchased survives termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your redistribution of report content beyond the license granted above.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meridian Consensus is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. You and we both waive any right to a jury trial where applicable.
